(Kuala Lampur)  --  Malaysia's Prime Minister says investigators believe Flight 370's last position was in the Indian Ocean west of Perth.  He described it as a remote location far from any landing site and added that the flight ended in the Indian Ocean.  All 239 passengers and crew on board the plane are believed lost.  Family members have been notified that their loved ones are thought to be dead.  The Prime Minister called this latest twist in the case "heartbreaking."
